Baltimore Inner Harbor |
|
Baltimore's Inner Harbor has been a
major trade port in America since the 1700s, and the
thriving heart of Baltimore since the 1970s. There
is much to do at the Inner Harbor from shopping at
Harborplace and The Gallery, to taking a cruise,
visiting the Maryland Science Center, catching an
Orioles or Ravens game, or visiting the World Trade
Center or Aquarium.

The Maryland Zoo |
|
The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore is
located on 160+ acres in Druid Hill Park, 10 minutes
north of the Inner Harbor. The zoo was founded in
1876 and is the third oldest zoo in America. The
Zoo has 1,500 animals covering 200 species of birds,
mammals, amphibians and reptiles. The Zoo is open
daily 10am - 4pm, and is closed in January and February.

The Baltimore Aquarium |
|
The Baltimore Aquarium opened in
August of 1981, and contains 10,500 specimens and 560
species. The Aquarium's hours of operation aren't
published yet for April, but for March they are 9am-5pm
Monday through Thursday, 9am-8pm Friday, and 9am-5pm on
Weekends.
